We would like to inform you that professional students must submit the following documents by October 6:

• High school diploma
• A copy of an ID card
• Sanitary booklet Form No. 100/a on navigability
• Certificate from the psychological dispensary
• Certificate from Narcological clinic
• Photographic picture 4 pieces 3 / 4
• Certificate of military registration from the military registration office

In the case of underage professional students, a basic education certificate and proof of identity and guardianship of the parent/guardian must be presented.
